We offer a quadruple room with a double bed and a sofa bed in the city centre.

– Close to shops, metro station, restaurants and supermarkets. You have everything you need for your holiday in Barcelona.
– The nearest metro station is Passeig de Gracia.
– The room door is locked with a key.

Services:
– Air conditioning costs €10/day.
– Laundry service €10 per wash.
– Luggage storage service: €10 until 6pm, then €5 per hour, but not later than 8pm (only on the day of departure, upon request).
– Cot, €10 per day, subject to availability.
– Cleaning during the stay: €10 per day (optional).
Linen and towel change:
– for stays of 5 days, on the 3rd day of stay;
– for stays longer than 5 days, every 4 days of stay;
– unscheduled linen or towel change 10 euros.
For security reasons, Airbnb chat is the preferred channel to communicate with guests.
Other things to note:
The kitchen and 1 bathroom are shared with other guests. Common areas are cleaned daily.
This is a family home, so we ask guests to keep noise levels down after 10:00 p.m.
Additional guests (who have not paid for their stay) are not allowed into the apartment unless previously agreed.
