Other RulesWe invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of coexistence in our apartment. If you follow them, we are sure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.
1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2) Check-out before 11:00 AM.
3) Check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight will have an additional charge of €25, and check-in after midnight will have an additional charge of €30. Late check-in fees must be paid in cash.
Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will have the right to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and our time.
4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €50.
5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM.
6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight.
8) At the end of the stay, the tenant agrees to leave all kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
9) When leaving your apartment, always make sure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.
