Check-in 16:00-20:00
Check-out until 11:00.
Please note that arrivals after 20:00 to 23:00 will incur a €15 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival. After 23:00 the surcharge increases to €40.. If you do not notify me, I will take the right to accommodate you the next day. Guests, let us respect each other, as well as our time.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 50 Euro fine.
We take coexistence with our neighbors very seriously, so it is forbidden to make any noise that may disturb them, especially after 22:00.
Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is not permitted to invite people not included in the reservation to stay overnight.
At the end of the stay, the tenant undertakes to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
Cleaning during the stay: 10 euros per day (optional).
Laundry service 10 euros/wash.
Luggage storage service, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros until 6:00 p.m., then 5 euros per hour, but not later than 8:00 p.m., on request.
Baby cot, 10 euros per day, subject to availability.

When leaving the apartment, always make sure that the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.
