Other RulesBefore proceeding with your reservation, please read the following rules:

Check-in 16:00-20:00
Check-out until 11:00.
There is a 15 EUR surcharge for check-in after 20:00 and a 30 EUR surcharge for arrival after 00:00. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash. This must also be notified in advance (at least 24 hours). If you do not notify me, I will take the right to accommodate you the next day. Guests, let us respect each other, as well as our time.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 50 Euro fine.
We take coexistence with our neighbors very seriously, so it is forbidden to make any noise that may disturb them, especially after 22:00.
Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is not permitted to invite people not included in the reservation to stay overnight.
At the end of the stay, the tenant undertakes to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
Cleaning during the stay: 10 euros per day (optional).
Laundry service 15 euros/wash.
Luggage storage service, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros until 6:00 p.m., then 5 euros per hour, but not later than 8:00 p.m., on request.
Baby cot, 10 euros per day, subject to availability.

When leaving the apartment, always make sure that the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.
