Other RulesWe invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of living in our apartment. If you follow them, we are sure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.
1) Check-in time from 16:00 to 20:00.
2) Check-out before 11:00.
3) Check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is subject to an additional fee of 15 euros, and check-in from 00:00 to 03:00 is subject to an additional fee of 30 euros. Late check-in must be paid in cash.
It is not possible to check-in after 3:00 because we do not have a 24-hour reception. In case of such a late arrival, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00.
Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will have the right to accommodate you the following day. Guests, let's respect each other and your time).
4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule entails a financial penalty of 50 euros.
5) We take coexistence with our neighbors very seriously, so it is forbidden to make any noise that may disturb them, especially after 22:00.
6) Parties (drinking) inside the apartment are strictly prohibited.
7) It is not allowed to invite people who are not included in the booking to stay overnight.
8) In the refrigerator, one separate shelf is allocated for your room, opposite it there is a number corresponding to your room number.
9) At the end of the stay, the tenant undertakes to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
10) When leaving the apartment, always make sure that the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.

Additional services:
- Cleaning during the stay: 10 euros per day (optional).
- Laundry service 15 euros / wash (includes drying and washing).
- Luggage storage service, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros until 18:00, then 5 euros per hour, but not later than 20:00, on request.
- Baby cot, 10 euros per day, subject to availability.
- In rooms with air conditioning, the use of air conditioning is an additional service and costs 10 euros per day.

Guests are required to pay a security deposit of € 100 before check-in. The deposit will be blocked on your credit card and must be refunded within 7 days of departure. The deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card after a property inspection. You will be sent a payment link to pay the deposit.
