- “User” refers to anyone who accesses and uses the Website, including Guests and Hosts.
- “Guest” refers to a user who books and stays in a property listed on the Website.
- “Host” refers to a user who lists a property on the Website for short-term rental.
- “Property” refers to any accommodation listed by a Host on the Website.
2. Account Registration
- Users must register an account to use certain features of the Website.
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made through the Website.
- Guests are required to pay a deposit, including any applicable fees and taxes, at the time of booking.
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to the strict cancellation policy specified by BonRooms.com.
Cancellation Policy
- Strict cancellation policy: No refunds will be given if a Guest changes or cancels their reservation, regardless of the time or reason.
4. Guest Responsibilities
General Rules
- Guests must comply with the rules set by the Host for the Property.
- Guests must respect the Property and leave it in the same condition as when they arrived.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the Property during their stay.
Specific Rules
- Check-in: 16:00-20:00. A 15 EUR surcharge applies for check-in after 20:00, and a 30 EUR surcharge applies for arrival after 00:00. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash. This must also be notified in advance (at least 24 hours). If you do not notify the Host, they reserve the right to accommodate you the next day.
- Check-out: Until 11:00.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 50 Euro fine.
- Noise: It is forbidden to make any noise that may disturb neighbors, especially after 22:00.
- Parties: Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is not permitted to invite people not included in the reservation to stay overnight.
- Cleanliness: At the end of the stay, the tenant undertakes to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
- Cleaning during the stay: 10 euros per day (optional).
- Laundry service: 15 euros per wash.
- Luggage storage service: 10 euros until 18:00 on the day of departure, then 5 euros per hour, but not later than 20:00, on request.
- Baby cot: 10 euros per day, subject to availability.
- Air conditioning: An additional service that costs 10 euros per day.
- Departure: When leaving the apartment, always make sure that the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Users may not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Users may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on the Website.
- Users may not use the Website to engage in harassment, discrimination, or other abusive behavior.
6. Intellectual Property
- The content, layout, design, data, and graphics on the Website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without prior written consent from BonRooms.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
- BonRooms.com is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Website or the rental of any Property.
- BonRooms.com is not responsible for the conduct of any User, Guest, or Host.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold BonRooms.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Website.
